I knew it would happen..............

Well, I went back to work and then just stopped blogging. I knew it would happen one of these days, but I am going to try and do better.
I am loving this gorgeous snow. I drove my husband crazy last night watching it and keeping him updated on how deep it was getting. I just couldn't help myself, I love it! Bubba got out in it today and played for the first time. He was liking it until he fell and landed face first in a mound of snow. Poor baby froze his face and he didn't like it one bit. That was the end of playing in the snow. I did manage to get a few pictures before this happened and I will get those posted soon.
I have gone to Kroger on many shopping trips since my last blog. My best trip I walked out with 2 shopping carts and only spent $117 and my latest trip I saved $178/60% which I am very proud of. Here lately when I get home from the grocery we are having to try and locate spots to put things since we have so much. I told my husband there were a few words that should never be said in our house and those are "There is nothing to eat". Haha!

I have been meaning to post this for several days and just couldn't find the time, but this is what I get to see most mornings on the way home from work. God's work is all I can call it and it is beautiful. Enjoy!!

I feel so lost.......

I am so far behind on couponing and all the great deals. The reason for this is because I have gone back to work :( Great for money, but horrible when it comes to spending time with family and I haven't even had time to check out all the deals and gather everything together, so you can forget actually making it to the grocery store. I should mention that I am on 2nd shift and we are working 10 hours plus Saturdays, so I have very little time on my hands. What time I do have is spent sleeping, eating or getting ready for work. Like I said, I feel so lost. I feel so far away from my church family as well and with the things that come out of some of the people's mouths at work I need my church family. I am trying to get to 3rd shift because I don't get to see Sissy at all since she is in school, but I think I have to wait at least another week for that. Well, that is about all the catching up I have for right now. I'm headed to bed, back to work tomorrow.

Bubba's first haircut

I took him to get his hair cut the day before yesterday. I was so shocked at how well he did. At first she wanted me to hold him and I told her I was really wanting to take pictures, so we tried him in the chair. He sat perfectly still while she cut his hair. He was watching one of the ladies that was in the chair next to him. I think he was fascinated by all the women chatter. LOL Well, here he is being an angel.........
